I’m Megan — Founder of Megan Oxley & Co, Lash Artist, and Educator with over 9 years of experience in the lash industry. I started my journey in lashes at just 18, and what began as a side hustle quickly turned into a career I’m truly passionate about. Since then, I’ve built a business around what I love most — creating beautiful lashes and empowering other artists to succeed through expert training and mentorship. For the past 4 years, I’ve been training lash artists of all levels, sharing everything I’ve learned to help them grow in both skill and confidence. But for me, lashes are more than just beauty — they’re about connection. I’ve met so many amazing women through this journey, and many of them have become lifelong friends.
